It is our strongest desire to invite all women from many walks of life for a dynamic and interactive day, featuring workshops, vendor booths, demonstrations, both local and famous keynote speakers, food, music and other engaging activities that focuses on developing a healthy lifestyle that’s aligned with freedom and purpose. We hope that this will not only empower this generation of women but generations of women to follow.
